We don't really have a strict concept of assigning bugs to people in Debian.
Anybody is free to work on any bug.

FWIW, your report is about https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/ .  I myself
don't know by heart how this webpage got generated, nor from what.
Investigating that would be the first step.
