Hi Carlos,

Time for only a short reply now: You propose to start working on a new 'getting
started' guide, using content from the wiki, right?  Well, just start!  You're
invited to use git on salsa.debian.org, or use our wiki.  You've got the needed
accounts yet?  Once this guide covers / is ready to replace the content on the
older wiki pages, those could get replaced with a pointer to the new guide.
