Non so se ho capito bene il problema, ma mi sembra piuttosto semplice :
Basta recuperare tutto dall'account Google, tramite interfaccia
 web. In Gmail trovi la posta. In "contatti" la rubrica.
 

Altrimenti... Non ho capito il vero problema, sorry!
