Comunque non riesco nemmeno a disintallare Netbeans, il programma di 
uninstall va in blocco con un messaggio che parla di un file di lock
in una dir: C:\Users\nomeutente\AppData\Roaming\Netbeans\8.0.2\lock

Che nemmeno trovo in quanto ho una dir Utenti, Users non esiste e 
comunque sotto ad Utenti non trovo la famigerata path del file di lock
