I know it’s an (alleged) aircraft carrier, not a flagship…but I think they

Russia attempts to break U.S. blockade of Cuba. Russian tankers Anatoly
Kolodkin and Sea Horse are heading to Cuba, which is under U.S. naval
blockade. Anatoly Kolodkin is carrying 730,000 barrels of Urals oil and is
part of Russia's "shadow fleet," under sanctions from several countries
including US and UK. Sea Horse set off in February transporting 200,000
barrels of Russian fuel…
