You English people we love you and we work together on a lot of projects. 
We cannot work without each other.
and ... you'll have to manage all your immigration problems alone, well... good luck!
But ...... if you decide positively the BREXIT I’m sure England will meet a lot of very big difficulties: financially, contracts, local taxes in England, industry, trade, exchange, costs, etc etc Even a lot of foreigners issued from Europe (Netherlands, France, ...) will leave your country and you will have to manage everything alone, which is organisationally speaking impossible.
Know what you are doing if you are deciding to vote against Europe!
Il will cost you hugely and evolution and an awful international break will take place of which the negative results will almost all fall on England.
So .... know what you are doing.
