My mother’s doctor is a polish emigre from Edmonton which tells you how old
she is at least 8 years older 

the weirdest part of after she hung up it seemed to me we had a meeting of
the minds and all was cool

that is how insane she must be;  i thought all was cool and she was
paranoid, 

this is why she is going to have a stroke.  because she probably has
atherocslerosis or some other sad lewy body type mental disability that
allows her to do her routine job duties but have no ability to deal with
any other thing or variannce
