An der Hochschule war eine solche Darstellung ein krasser Fehler.
Mir wurde sogar 'Rb' vom Professor rot angestrichen, weil das 'R*b' bedeutet.

Die Zeitkonstante ist RC [s].
Die Frequenz dazu ist 1/RC [1/s = Hz].

Allerdings ist 1/(0.0016*68*2*pi) die Übergangsfrequenz (-3dB) einer Filterschaltung.
Ist halt eine andere Definition.
