Ich sehe das nicht so pauschal. Nach meinem Eindruck sind
viele der Seiten zu IDEs ziemlich alt und die verschiedenen
IDEs (und andere Entwickler-Tools) entwickeln sich weiter.
Damit können sich auch Empfehlungen ändern.
