Ja, das gibt es. Mit dieser Lib braucht man nicht mal Quelltext aus Stackoverflow in
sein eigenes Repo kopieren:

   https://pypi.org/project/classproperty/

Es gab kein Feedback. Schade, da kann man nun nur vermuten.
