win32api jsem nahrál spolu s pywin32 pro python 2.7.3

Problémem ale zůstává, že konstrukce:

import win32api
win32api.LoadKeyboardLayout('00000409',1) # to switch to english

nepřepne na anglickou klávesnici.
Poradí někdo ?
