I used those once.  There wasnt much to recommend them, sadly.
The hardware was nice, but the cost/performance ratio was too
high and the software was anemic for server applications.

They have undeniably nice kit, but the software focus on enduser
applications isnt a great fit for datacenters.

Do you remember the PowerPC machine they shipped that ran AIX?
Talk about a shotgun wedding....
