ITUGLIB outage on 3 October

Hi, ITUGLIB users,

Once again, we are planning to upgrade the memory on our server, as well as to upgrade the OS to L24.08 on Thursday. 
We don't expect this to be a lengthy outage but have allocated 8 hours for it in any case.

The ITUGLIB site will not be available starting around 08:00 GMT on Thursday, 3 October. 
We expect to be back up by no later than 18:00 GMT (hopefully much earlier). 
The estimated outage time is from 4 to 6 hours, so worst case we expect the system to be available by 13:00 GMT.
