memo app that uses tags ? Palm OS 5.4.9

Hello,

I have an old Treo 755p that I have been using to take notes because it's a low-cost option and I like the app I used occasionally from a long time ago (Meteor).  But...  I would like to find a memo-type app that has the following features:

1.  When entering the Memo, date is automatically assigned.

2.  A large number of user-defined attributes (tags) can be assigned to the memo, such as: importance, category, type, etc...  that are very easily assigned/entered/selectable from existing list of tags.

3.  A folder structure would be nice but not required.

4.  The ability to easily search by any combination of assigned tags with logical combinations (and, or, not etc.)

5.  Ability to possibly save lists of tag searches.

Does an simple app with these features exist for any known OS???  Especially for the Treo 755p, I think it's PalmOS 5.4.9.
