I am a bit late. If you're using Windows, try TwinBridge.com's Chinese
Partner which worked for my client. You have to run that with Palm
Desktop to view the characters correctly.
Now, my client and I are having the same problem in Mac OS X 10.5.8.
Office 2008 and web pages show Chinese just fine. Any ideas, people? :(
