A friend is off to Washington, D.C. next week and will need an erratic
trackpad fixed on a MacBook(Pro?) Someone's already tried cleaning it,
and I don't believe clicking is an issue. I'll find out the model
later. She'll try the Apple Store, but on the off-chance they can't do
it there and then (or within a couple of days) she's keen to find an
alternative. Anyone know anywhere there?

Cheers ... Mark
