Yes, I realize that. "Resetted" is still not a word. What you meant to
say is "iTunes settings get reset".

Your surprise and displeasure is unwarranted considering this is the
case across all major platforms. This is not Mac- or Apple-specific.
Major upgrades from very old versions of software often result in some
settings being reset, often due to underlying architectural changes in
the software. No software is bug-free. That's just a fact of life in
computing. Suck it up, buttercup. ; )
