A quick web search for "apple specs macbook retina mid-2015" finds several places to find what you want: ...or: ...or there's even an app that runs on macOS or iOS that will let you look things like this up: ...and as shown by the many search results, the list goes on. Will you actually *use* this information in the future to look up simple specs like this, or will you take the lazy route and ask your Usenet secretaries here to look it up for you instead?
