I recall reading about that recently. Luckily none of my FileVault volumes will fit on my iPhone, and I don't write my pass phrases down anywhere - especially not on my phone. I have an iPhone 5 at the moment, anyway. : D When I do get a newer iPhone, I'll definitely set it up as securely as possible. Is it possible to set it up so that TouchID can be augmented by an additional pass phrase? -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google.
