He doesn't have a question. He is claiming that because OS X doesn't
manage apps the way Linux manages packages that there is a problem, yet
he hasn't yet shown evidence that this "problem" exists to any
significant extent. And he also ignores the fact that there are several
open source package managers available for OS X. He's just trolling.
