We each choose how we want to spend our "free" time. Some people prefer
to mix and match their own components and tinker with hardware and
software configurations. Some people appreciate the value in a computer
that has components that have been designed and well tested to work well
as a whole from day one. Neither is right or wrong - that's just the way
it is. And claiming people who do one or the other are somehow clueless,
being ripped off, or wrong is short sighted and silly, IMO.
