The "new" iTunes? You should have restored your iTunes data along with
all of your other data from your Time Machine backups. If you did it
properly, the data in iTunes won't be new at all. It'll be the same data
that was there before. I suspect you did not do that, though. Hard to
tell since you rarely give enough information in your posts.
