I'm perfectly able. I just don't care. And if you are insulted by bing
called "silly", you need to grow a much thicker skin, silly.

You don't boot from InstallESD.dmg. You drag it into Disk Utility's
Restore facility, as any article that mentions "InstallESD" (there are
tons) shows. You would know this if you read internet articles about it.
