Weird is that I restored the Time Machine backup perfectly. I reran this
test, but it was the same even though the backup was restored fully and
Disk Utility found no problems before and after logging back into the
restored HDD.

It might be worse. Stay tuned... I'm going to start a new thread since I
need SMART experts to read the logs.

I already did. No errors, but SMART is a different story. Backups are
often before the incident. Not sure if I want to keep backing up on
this "unstable" HDD if it is dying.
