I vacuumed. Then re-opened Mail. Now I can move one on the list quickly and
other things seem to work, but when I try to move a second it will not let
me. Eventually it does.

I thought I would have more but on checking see I "only" have about 50,000
emails saved. Still, not exactly a small number. Most have been moved out of
my inboxes, though (about 1000 in those, total).
