You might give Supercard a try. I brought most of my old projects into
Supercard and this allowed to run the old things even in Mountain Lion.
I still have access to my old databases from 1994 up to 2002 when I
finally changed to OS X.

Get their trial version and test it for 30 days. I decided to buy it
after 2 days.
