If I use the same name in the Album field iTunes tries to combine them into one so I had to title them "Discoveries CA", "Discoveries AP" and "Discoveries OP" for Cannonball Adderley, Art Pepper and Oscar Pettiford. In each case the Artist field contains the name. At the same time I have a number of Mosaic sets I called "The Complete Blue Note Recordings." The artist field indicates who is in each set. For some reason, iTunes treats these as separate albums even though the Album titles are identical. Obviously, I would like to get Discoveries to work the same way but I can't determine why one works and one doesn't.
