Even my 96-year-old grandfather has multiple email accounts. > I happen to find it a > useful feature, which is why I wrote it into my email client. Setting different polling schedules for each and every email account seems like a needlessly tedious feature to me. I have had many email accounts for years, and all I care about is that my mail is relatively up to date whenever I check it. Apple Mail does that admirably. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR
