Since it don't make much use of spaces it doesn't bother me in the slightest. When I do use spaces it's on one of the rare occasions I make an app full screen. And I switch from one space to another with a swipe left or right gesture. I don't see how anyone can not be a fan of trackpad / touch screen gestures unless they've never given them a chance.
