I've installed and removed iTunes on Windows PCs over the years more times than I care to keep track of; and it's a simple process using the built-in Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs panel. Anyone who has used Windows more than an hour knows how to remove programs you've installed. It's no big secret. More importantly the need to uninstall software using the standard method to uninstall software does not magically make it "malware" by any stretch of the definition. : ) > and is of no value on my system. The actual value is providing video support to whatever application you installed that required and therefore installed QuickTime during initial setup. You apparently valued that software just enough to install it on your computer. So there's that. ; ) Still not seeing the "malware"... -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR
