Which of those customers had their drives encrypted? I already know the answer is: none of them. So I won't hold my breath while you look. And you are equating Geek Squad, with a long history of harming customers, with Apple which is consistently among the very best in terms of customer service. That's irrational. Go ahead and show me all of the articles about how Apple abused their customer's data please. Again, not holding my breath.
