Well, IIRC, this happened to Erilar quite a while back during a switch
from one computer to another (and an OS upgrade came along with that, I
think), all of which was done by some local Apple authorized shop. I
don't recall if she had Time Machine backups, but if she did, she could
have restored those settings from it.
