How does it "not work" exactly? What are the symptoms, and what exactly
have you tried?

It might be handy to know more about the particular DVD drive you are
using in the Mac Pro. From your menu bar at the top of the screen,
choose Apple menu > About This Mac. Then click the System Report button
to view system information. Click Disc Burning in the left-hand side
bar. Copy everything on the right side and paste it into a reply to this
post.
