I'm running 2.1.10 and the issue I've raised with Panic is still there. What I''m referring to is when one has a great many URLs organized into a folder and has that folder highlighted when composing a message, and that's when the message will be sent to all of the URLs in the folder. A warning would be most helpful so that you could reduce the number of targets to just those that a truly relevant.
