The 3193 is a high resolution, monochrome, portrait type, 15-inch CRT 
display terminal. It attaches to IBM System/370, 43XX, 303X, 308X, and 
3090 Processors via an IBM 3174 or 3274 Control Unit. The IBM 3117 
Scanner with its Extension Unit feature and the IBM 3118 Scanner can be 
attached to the 3193.

I am not sure, I'm getting kontuzed, there is an OS/2 GDDM flavor.
