It asks me for >serial number and proof of purchase and a photo of the item, I send >them, then it asks me to resend serial number, proof of purchase I went thru something similar with a Kellogg's offer that required a photo of the receipt. It's an AI/bot, no humans involved. All attempts were rejected. I gave up. --
