I've been thinking more generally about the problem of vintage memory
modules and wondering if it isn't easier to just fab up a memory
module using modern high density chips and suitable line drivers.
Something like batchpcb can be used to make low-volume board runs.

Its gotta be easier to make memory modules that match the timing specs
of an older machine now than it was back when the machine was new.
