Changes in this version:
- add: in Block functions: crop = keep only block selection (^K key or 
button).
- fix: in the images list, selection was lost after closing an image.
- fix: 2 bombs (undeclared array) when leaving if EdDI cookie is missing.
- fix: no need to restore palette for window untopped under TC16+.
- fix: bubbles for color remap panel not displayed.

This crop feature has no undo. May be more convenient than doing ^C + ^B
(copy, paste as new image) and avoids adding new image in the list.
