HardwareDoc (of the ABBUC club) is producing the Midimate V2.0 currently 
- it comes as a DIY kit with solder pads for a SIO plug and will 
hopefully be available on the Fujiama 2011 Atari meeting in Lengenfeld 
(Germany, near the Czech border). He also produces Nunchuk controller 
adaptors (very nice for games like Space Harrier):
