Hey all, I just delivered some Atari equipment to Judith Hammerle of the
Digital Gaming Museum in Sunnyvale CA, they are setting up a display of
Atari memorabilia as part of a remembrance of the glory days of Computer
Gaming Companies in Sunnyvale. Judith had some questions she wanted me
to ask the members here due to everyone's knowledge of Atari's history
and I quote;

"I'm trying to figure out all the places Atari occupied in Sunnyvale,
and it's not easy. For example, this site says that Atari was at 1196
Borregas. The Energy Czar manual lists 1195 Borregas Avenue as the
Consumer Division. Were they in both places? Maybe. I know they
started in Santa Clara,at 2962 Scott Boulevard. and that the famous Pong
quarters overload was at Andy Capp's Tavern on El Camino (157 W. El
Camino Real, now Rooster T. Feathers, a comedy club). But there's a
mention of an "abandoned roller rink" where the first manufacturing" was
done, but I can't find an address. I also have 1265 Borregas Avenue,
site of Atari's first headquarters, and 1340 Bordeaux Drive, Customer
Service Department (off the Energy Czar manual).

Do you suppose that there is someone on the Atari group you mentioned
who would know these things? Can I join the list and ask questions?
Any help you can give clarifying Atari in Sunnyvale would be appreciated."

I'm going to get Judith on the newsgroup so you can post any answers
here or email them to Judith at judith@digitalgamemuseum.org.
