The Europlus is just a II+ with Rev 7 or RFI Rev mainboard. The only changes are a power supply unit that accepts 220V or 240V instead of 110V, a 14.25 MHz quartz instead of 14.318181... MHz and a few (I think five) jumper changes to change the timing of the video output from 60Hz to 50Hz. All the details (and much more) can be found in the invaluable book "Understanding the Apple II" by Jim Sather, which can be found online as a PDF (a long age ago scanned by yours truly...) by asking Google for it. -- Linards Ticmanis
