In summary: they made enough money to pay the employees and for operations, but the founders didn't make much. Kyan was apparently bought out by Apple, but I'm not sure what Apple did with this purchase. Googling shows a Kyan product list, which included a "Code Optimizer Toolkit" which includes the source code for the Runtime Library. I would be interested in this, but it seems there is no archive of this anywhere. Kent
