Devin Reade said he looked around but couldn't find it. Haven't been in touch with Derek Taubert, however. You could probably "follow in his footsteps" and get 1992 or 1993 era BSD source code as the starting point. GS/TCP was definitely working, because in May 1996, Max Jones, then-editor of Juiced.GS, visited Mr. Taubert for a demonstration of GS/TCP during which they used an FTP client to download a small file, then used GS Web to visit several web sites including the GS/TCP site, the Shareware Solutions II home page, and the Cal Tech A2 page.
