This happens periodically.  The current bunch seems worse than usual.

https://www.reddit.com/r/apple2/ is one possibility, though it's more of a topic + response format than a threaded-discussion format.  There are facebook groups with large followings, which is useful for announcements, but the order is semi-random and half the posts are "sponsored", so it's not great for anything you might want to come back and look at later.

I'm getting hit with an "I'm not a robot" button every time I post anything, so it feels like the spam protection got turned up a notch, but isn't very effective.
