That's a longer title that would be obvious to anyone who could read the
book's description, its table of contents, or the sample chapters... all of
which are available on the companion web site and Amazon.com. :-)

My personal copy arrived yesterday. I am generally pleased with the new
cover and I think that others will be as well. Same great material inside of
course. I actually ordered two copies and the second one I just mailed off
to the VCF Museum in New Jersey.
