Jim,
Setting the calendar was the first thing I did.  I used 1994 since days are same as 2022.  Thanks re the Chap 5 tip.  So MD is "MNEMONIC DEBUGGER (PROM)".  Now I have a lot of commands to play with.  I have an ATR card on the way from Germany so will see if that makes it happy.  Is it possible that it will only accept Ethernet board as a secondary interface?  Doesn't seem likely, but ...

BTW I am part of the Chicago area Vintage Computer group.  Spent years on Sun and DEC equipment, but this is my first Apollo.  I also have a 9000/400 but that is a different can of worms.  Still needs that darn keyboard.
