I know this is a dead thread, but i am Gary Marshall, who goes by the username of Swobbly.  

1.  I lived in that road, but that was not the address.
2.  I have never sold amiga software to anyone at all.
3.  My Amiga died just after i was married in the summer of 2000, Amiga 1200 in a tower.  After that I ditched everything and sold the software in my local paper, and bought a pc with what i made from it.

You need to be very careful what you accuse people of, even if its 12 years later.
