That is the *only* one that is used, assuming variables are set...
Inet$MimeMappings : InetDBase:MimeMap 
InetDBase$Path : .....!BOOT.Resources.!Internet.files.

Check the variables as above - RO4 did move things around.

Probably copies of the MimeMap *module*, not the text file list.
In RO5 the module is in the ROM, not on disc.
