It means that the command issued just before the error caused the
error - possibly because a variable has been used which is not set
correctly.  What is that command? You may then have to work out what
issued that command wrongly, and why.

If no commands are Reported at all, then use Reporter Menu -> Config
-> Options  and select Report OS Commands executed and with Source,
and ensure Obey Only is NOT selected.  Then click Save, and the next
re-boot should list lots of commands.
