My screen is 1920 x 1080 C16M

It's that click on the HD4 icon on the icon bar that's the problem.

It never appears where I want it, and its offset marches rightwards across
the screen every time it's opened.

Other RISC OS windows also have uncontrollable offsets, Draw for example
offsets down the screen, as does Pluto and many others.

I'm 'guessing' this is hard coded into the OS, so no chance of control?

So it appears to be a case of, don't click the HD4 Filer icon, only use my
Obey file to open it.  :-)
